Resolving Issues Together

In all things, we assume good intent. When needed, students and adults can get support from others. Individuals in conflict are responsible for calmly expressing their views and respectfully seeking to understand others’ views. Additional impartial people assist each in finding clarity and developing agreements to continue in peace together.

If you have a concern, please follow this process:

  • Speak with the person(s) directly and try to find a resolution;
  • Guide and parent needs that have been addressed by the guide and/or team and need further attention will be directed to the Leadership Team;
  • If more help is needed, contact the office to request a meeting with the Resolution Advisory Committee.
  • If further help is needed, request assistance in writing to the trustees with the specifics of your concern.
