RVCS Faculty and Staff

The faculty team is comprised of committed, caring and innovative educators. All teachers (known as Guides) are appropriately NJ certified and undertake continual professional development, exemplifying life-long learning. They are role models of integrity and continuous personal and professional development.

The faculty is knowledgeable in engaging students with active participation in problem-solving and critical thinking, utilizing outdoor experiential education to develop relevant and engaging learning activities. They are guides and facilitators, coaching students through the learning process, and experts in eliciting each child's innate wisdom, goodness and fairness.

The faculty work collaboratively to produce a cohesive, interdisciplinary, multi-sensory, school-wide curriculum content, integrating the various content areas. Faculty awareness of and relationships across the entire student population further enhance the cohesiveness of Ridge and Valley Charter School.
